Hey, first of all, I would like to mention that for clearing any of the competitive exams, a sound knowledge of the basic concepts is a must and so inevitably NCERT's are the first book of preference.
Apart from NCERT, other books that you can follow are:-
PHYSICS
1. The concept of physics by H.C.Verma.
2. Understanding Physics Series by D.C. Pandey
CHEMISTRY
1. Organic Chemistry by OP Tandon
2.  Inorganic Chemistry by OP Tandon
3. Numerical Chemistry by P. Bahadur
4. The modern approach to chemical calculations by R.C. Mukherjee
MATHS
1. Class XII mathematics by R.D. Sharma
2. trigonometry and geometry by S.L. Loney
3. Problems in calculus by I.A. Marin

All the best!

The main aim for a wbjee appearing student should be coverage of entire syllabus without going in depth.then ,comes the time factor i.e your ability to have speed in solving.

So,revise and prepare from the materials that u have used till now.once u r done with it,go for any objective book of moderate toughness and then at last solve the previous year papers

Based on above,i would recommend you the books:-

Phy-dc pandey level 1 or objective qstns of any reputed coaching materials or hc verma basics

Chems-organic n inorganic :NCERT n for physical:o p tondon

Maths:ncert,vikas rahi tmh,arihant level 1 problems

ARIHANT PUBLICATION PREVIOUS YEAR PAPERS i would say is MUST ,you need not to solve other above books if you have a coaching material.believe on your material and refer arihant book to understand the need of exam n practice from your material.however chems can be prepared only using ncert ,no need to go for tough materials here and there.
