Hello shakshi,
If you have completed your 12th from Physics chemistry and Bio then you go for preparation for AIPMT and if your have completed your 12th from Physics chemistry and maths then you can ho for B.Tech.
First you have to preparation for IIT JEE then choose top government college for b.tech.
