With 535 marks and belonging to general category I think you might get govt medical college through state quota in Jharkhand.as per previous year the minimum cut off of Jharkhand for general under state quota was 532 marks for Patlipura medical College in dhanbad. There are three govt colleges in Jharkhand mentioned below with theor previous year cut off

Here is the previous year cut off for admission in various government medical colleges in Jharkhand for the general category under the State quota. This year the cut off is expected to be higher and hence chances seem a little less.
