The qualifying marks is considered on the basis of the number of students apeared and the difficulty level of the paper.Usually 10% students will be eligible for the Jee advance .So in that case it can be taken as more than 85%ile students will be eligible for Jee Advance.
But still this is just a calculation which is not yet confirmed.You should wait for the official announcement.

Hello Shashwat. Though it is hard to tell about qualifying cutoff before the April exam but a percentile of 80 or above might be good to get decent colleges. However NTA will declare the Overall merit list and cutoff on the basis of best of two attempts. The percentile will also depend on the no. of students appearing for the April exam.
