According to general merit cutoffs of COMEDK in year 2017, the closing rank for Information sciences at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology was 11672 after the extended second round of counseling. So, it may not be possible for your rank of 25225 to grab a seat of Information sciences at NMIT Bangalore according to 2018 cutoffs. But please note that this prediction is completely based on 2018 cutoffs. Also, take care of the fact that cutoffs can vary from year to year depending upon factors like number if seats available, number of students appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the paper etc.
