No chemistry subject would be relevant to the study of computer science engineering. Chemistry will only help you pass the entrance exam to get into some btech or BE programmes in computer science engineering, but some of the math and physics courses you take in grades 11 and 12 will be helpful for your further studies in computer science engineering.
