There are many courses offered by Indian institute of science, Bangalore. All the courses are classified as division of biological sciences, division of chemistry courses and similarly, divisions in computer sciences/ electronics/physics etc.
Courses offered to students from Biology background are from the following deptts:
- Biochemistry
- Molecular Biophysics
- Center for ecological sciences
- Central animal facility
- Centers for infectious diseases research
- Microbiology and cell biology
- Center for neuroscience
- Molecular reproduction, genetics and development.
So, you are eligible for these courses if you have a bachelor's degree in biological sciences/chemical sciences/ physical sciences or equivalent with a minimum 60 percent aggregate.
