See different medical colleges have different cut-offs and there are number of private medical colleges in Telangana. Now as you belongs to the category which is BC-A and it got reserved under OBC category for state quota in Telangana, then you should have your score 400-450 or more than it to have a good private medical college.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
