what are deemed university please tell me
Hi,
Deemed University means, an accreditation has been provided to the said higher education institute and has been provided with the status of University. They are neither private nor comes fully under government. They enjoys all the privileges given to the government institute and can still decide their own course, fees etc. The fees in deemed universities are comparatively lower than the Private Universities and Colleges. Deemed Universities are fully approved by UGC.

The demand University There is not much difference between a Private and a Deemed University . Both are recognised by the UGC. However, a Deemed university enjoys autonomy in administration and demand University demands by the students for take admission while a Private university has to adhere to UGC rules and regulations in conduction classes, exams, syllabus and admission process.

Deemed University to Deemed To-Be university is an accreditation awarded to a higher educational institutes i.e. colleges which wish to be independent from a certain university they currently reside under.
A College which has been certified as Deemed University has the right to issue degrees and certificates of their own along with setting their own curriculum, syllabus and semester plans.
Example, Punjab Engineering College(Deemed To Be University) was previously under Panjab University but now PEC can issue its own diplomas and bachelor of technology certificates.
