DGO is diploma in gynecology and obstetrics.
The major difference between DGO and MS OBG is that DGO is a two year program whille MS OBG is a three program . A candidate pursuing Dgo need not submit his thesis at the end of his program while for a candidate pursuing MS OBG has to submit a thesis at the end his three year program

DGO is a post graduation diploma degree where as MS is a post graduation master's degree. There is high value for masters and accepted in work place. Fee structure for DGO will range from 10k - 5 lakh where as for MS it will go upto 10lakh.
Masters degree has high recognition than diploma course even when learning and knowledge is same.
After graduation , masters degree for specialization is most preferred to increase career scope and job opportunities. To get an admission into PG masters course , one have to appear NEET PG and score good to get an admission into top colleges.

Gynaecology is the branch of medicine which deals with female organs female hormones and other issues. MS stands for master's in surgery so here doctor have right to do surgery (delivery) and also have right to write medication for patients after operation or surgery as it is Post graduation Masters degree. . So, Being an MS in Gynae you will be able to do operations of female disorders (sexual)
