- Class 12 marksheet
- Marksheet of qualifying degree for all years/semeters
- Degree certificate/ Provisional degree certificate
- Study certificate signed by BEO (for Karnataka candidates)
- GATE score card (if applicable)
- Caste certificate/Caste income certificate/Income certificate obtained from the concerned tahasildar for karnataka candidates only (if applicable)
- Parents domicile certificate/ study certificate / hometown certificate / employment certificate / cumulative record / marks sheet, etc. for candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats based on domicile/ study/ employment of parent (if applicable).
- Certificate issued by the concerned assistant commissioner for candidates claiming hyderabad-karnataka region reservation (if applicable)
