• NEET 2019 admit card
• NEET 2019 result/ score card
• Birth certificate
• Certificate and marketers of class 10+2
• 8 passport size photographs
• Provisional allotment letter (to be generated online)
• Photo ID proof ( adhar/ pan/ passport/ driving license)
• Caste certificate (if belong to reserved category)
• Disability certificate (is applicable)

Of you are an NRI out OCI candidate then

• Passport copy of sponsorer
• Sponsorship affidavit
• Relationship affidavit (relation of the candidate with sponsorer)

You need to have following documents during NEET counselling. You should keep all the original documents along with the attested photocopies for admission.

• admit card
• NEET result
• Birth certificate or class 10th marksheet (work as birth certificate)
• class 10th marksheet
• class 12th marksheet
• 8 passport sized photographs ( same as the one used for the application form of neet)
• Provisional allotment letter generated online
• Catogery certificate (if any)
• identity card ad proof of identity.
