If you don't like chemistry then it won't be a problem at all. Nowadays the branches are collaborating with each other, so if you are going to do Electrical Engineering so you may get a collab with CSE or ECE etc. Interdomain jobs are being created and the payscale is increasing now and the depending uupon the vacancy and the location.
