Talking about the definition of both then homophones are the words which sound the same but have different meanings and spellings whereas homographs are spelled the same but different in meaning or pronunciation.
Homographs-
Bear - To endure ; Bear - Animal.
Close - Connected ; Close - Lock.
Lean - Thin ; Lean - Rest against.
Bow - Bend forward ; Bow - Front of a ship
Homophones-
