Hostel rent and fan rent half payable in August and half payable in January.

(a) Hostel charges	Payable monthly on dated to be notified.	120.00 240.00
(b) Electricity charges	As per consumption.	25.00 30.00
(c) Mess Charges	As per mess bill.
