Hello there ashutosh hope you doing well according to last year cutoff for obc the closing rank for cse branch was 2,50,000 so if your rank is under that or around 3,00,000 you can still try for PMEC or if you want to know about which college you will get under your rank you can consider Jee main rank predicator where you will see the list of college and you will make your  choice wisely
