Hello Aspirant,
See if you want to get admission to any of the NITs than you must have to qualify JEE-Main and before that you have to qualify 10+2 with 75% or more marks alongwith Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
If you want any of the top NITs like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Surathakal, and likewise so you should try to score atleast 250 marks or more out of 300 in JEE-Main if you belongs to General category.

Hello,
Cut off is institute specific each NIT has different cut off and cut off is also different for each course and category, this makes the prediction of cut off difficult. You have not given much details like your category, your state, interested branch etc. In JEE Main September session 12,00,000 candidates are expected to appear. If you belong to general category you must score minimum 96 percentile and 150-180 marks in JEE Main because general category has high cut off, If you belong to OBC-NCL category then you need to score minimum 92 percentile and 120-150 marks and if you belong to SC/ST category a safe score is 85-90 percentile and you need to score 100 or above marks.
You can check the cut off for NITs in 2019 for various engineering branches
