Dear Vibhanshu, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, 550 is a good score. Even by assuming you belong to General Category, you have a shot at atleast 10 GMCs with your score. If you belong to OBC  SC, ST, you have more open options. In 2018, under General Category, the cut offs for various categories have been as follows:



General Category: 469

OBC: 429

SC: 372

ST:  169



Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Meanwhile please visit this page to check the cut offs of various colleges under your Category:
