According to general merit cutoffs of COMEDK in year 2018, with a rank of 1400, you can get Information Science Engineering BMS College of Engineering as its closing rank was 1696 in year 2018. You can also get Information Science engineering at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology whose closing rank was 1700 in year 2018. This gives you high chances of getting your desired branch at both the colleges.Please note that this prediction is completely based upon 2018 cutoffs.
