Hello
You can get a seat in Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh even though you are from Telanagana through All India Quota Counselling (for government,deemed and private colleges) however you can also apply through State Quota Counselling but then you will only be eligible for the management quota seats and not the government/government quota seats.
