There are many competitive exams available after your 12th. As you have mentioned your Education Interest; I am discussing this particular topic:-
1. JEE Mains
Purpose - Admission in BE/BTech, BArch, BPlanning.
Eligibility - Class 12 pass with PCM
Application Mode - Online
2. JEE Advanced
Purpose - Admission in IIT's, NIT's, ISM Dhanbad.
Eligibility - Class 12 pass with PCM and cleared JEE Mains
3. BITSAT
Purpose - Admission in UG courses offered by BITS Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad
4. COMEDK
Purpose- Admission in Engineering, Medical Fields in Colleges affiliated to VTU.
5. VITEE
Purpose- Admission in Engineering, Medical Fields in Colleges affiliated to VIT in Vellore, Chennai,
Amravati and Bhopal.
6. National Defence Academy(NDA)
Purpose - gateway to entry in Army, Navy and Air Force.
7. SRMJEE
Purpose - Admission in UG courses offered by SRM in Tamil Nadu(3 campuses) and NCR Delhi(1
campus)
8. State Level Engineering Entrance Exams
For more detailed information, please visit the official website of that particular exam. It will be verified details. I will suggest you focus only on 1-2 Engineering Exams. The maximum you can go is 3, but try not to cross that limit. Always give JEE Mains as it will give you All India Admission Exposure(99% colleges accept their rank)and to get State quota Advantage to give your own state level exam . It will help you to get your home state colleges because only 10% reservation seat is there for JEE Ranks. Besides, if you want to join any particular University and if that university has its own admission test and will help you to get all the facilities possible, then give that also. All the exams are the same in syllabus except few things. So be prepared to give your best.
