Hi aspirant,
You can apply for exams like JGEEBILS, GATE and IIT exams which will allow you to do M.Sc and PhD in various science fields. Many national institutes will also allow medical students to do various courses. Specifically in foreign countries you can do various jobs by writing GRE like exams.
