First of all, you should take the final decision and not anyone else because at last it will be only you who have to study or work because if you choose what you're passionate about then you will be happy, cheerful and will give your all for SUCCESS!
Also everything depends upon you if you are a hard worker and smart then clearing any competitive exam will be quite easier…but for me there are 3 option a person can go for after passing 12th -
1. TAKE YEAR DROP (For Medical and Engineering aspirants) —
If you want to get into IIT, VIT, AIIMS, AFMC, JIPMER, NIMHANS, KMC, CMCH or in any top notch High rated colleges of India then it's really hard to make it in the first attempt….. Even If you are the topper of your school with 97% still it will be hard for you to score better marks……So, you have to sit back at home and prepare along with taking coaching!
WARNING- Before wasting your father's hard earned money on competitive exam coaching like in Aakash, Allen, FIITJEE etc then think first if you have the caliber to crack the exam..because you need to study hard, have to be consistent & determined throughout your preparation period & have to give least 5 hrs everyday apart from coaching classes and that too in a best strategic way…..if you are following the TREND & your friends, cousins or relatives OPINION or ADVICE then PLEASE STOP right there! It's YOURS LIFE, take appropriate decisions by yourself!
2. PRIVATE COLLEGE — If you don't want to waste a year and simply want to get into a college then this is the best option….though their fees are very high can even cause financial crises in your family because of your dream to study in universities like AMITY NOIDA, etc but they offer best of everything from infrastructure to teachers….but remember you still have to study hard and have to avoid back in any subject specially if you are pursuing B.TECH.
