Hello,

Biomedical engineers combine engineering principles with medical sciences to design and create equipment, devices, computer systems and software used in health care .

So the bio medical engineer requires in depth about mechanics, fluids computing, electronics.

They must have very good communication skills and ability to think creatively and methodically.

Data literacy and computing skills  such as machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies are highly favored

HI

For bio-medical engineering course, you must have  passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized state or central board with at least 50% of the marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology as the major subjects of study.

As such, their are no pre-skills required for the course, but it is advisable to have have a strong foundation of Biology and Chemistry so that you can perform good in the initial phase of the course .

Hope this helps

Wishing you good luck
