There are many colleges in India which provides MBA and the placements are really good there such as FMS , IIMs, MDI, etc. The admission process is as follows:
1- Register and apply for MBA Entrance exam (CAT/ XAT/ NMAT)
2- Appear in the exams and check the score of the respective exams.
3- Wait for the shortlisting by the MBA college.
4 - Then there will be final selection round by MBA college.
Documents required are generally the marksheets of various standards and graduation.

MBA colleges like FMS Delhi, IIFT Delhi, XLRI Jamshedpur, MDI Gurgaon, SPJIMR Mumbai, NMIMS Mumbai, IMI New Delhi, IMT Ghaziabad, IITs follow the 4 steps Admission process to their flagship MBA/PGDM programmes.
While FMS, MDI, IMI, IITs accept only CAT scores, XLRI accepts only XAT score. SPJIMR, IMT, XIMB, TAPMI, and many other top MBA colleges accept both CAT and XAT scores. NMIMS accepts score of NMAT and Symbiosis colleges accept only SNAP test scores.
However, despite accepting scores of different MBA entrance exams, the rest two steps of admission process namely Shortlisting and final admission round are similar to a large extent and are conducted individually by the respective B-school .
