You need to appear for the JEE Main entrance examination after completing your 10+2 in Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics with 75 per cent marks. Appearing for JEE Mains Examination :
Students should first appear for JEE Mains.This is a Objective based examination where student will have a stipulated time of 180 minutes, Having 90 questions to attempt.Here every correct answer gives you a score of +4 and negative marking is -1.If you are able to qualify this examination you will get an opportunity to attempt the next level.
Appearing for JEE Advanced :
JEE Advanced consists of two papers.Both are conducted on the same day with the similar time period.The difficulty level is more than the previous level.

You need valid positive score in JEE mains and amongst top 2.24LAKH studnets including all categories and must have passed 12th with minimum 75% aggregate marks in all ive subjects, as well as should be born on or after Oct 1st, 1993 to be eligible for JEE advanced for IITs.
Registrations for JEE advanced shall open in last week april2018 and exam shall be conduccted in May 20, 2018.
JEE Advanced is the gateway to get admisison in IITs.To make eligible for JEE Advanced exam, Candidates should be among the top 2,24,000 (including all categories) by scoring positive marks in Paper-1 of JEE (Main)

3-Mathematics

JEE Main Exam Pattern (Paper-I):
JEE Main will consist 3 subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) and each subject will have 30 questions. Each question will carry 4 marks and 1 mark will deduct for each wrong answer.

OBC- 49

JEE Advanced Exam Pattern

In 2018, JEE Advanced exam will be condcuted in online mode only.
