What are rhe hurdles that one faces while pursuing mba if he/she is not from commerce background and did his ug from a non buisness management degree like bsc, ba eg. ?

The only hurdle you can face while doing mba is the subjects of commerce which is in graduation level of commerce i.e

• Accounting
• Economics

I can understand your concern

Good thing is you can read things before mba. some mba offers extra class for non commerce background to strong their basics

Being a non commerce student it is obvious to have doubts but if you are clear in your mind go for it.

Many students who are not from commerce background do pursue MBA, having a commerce background is advisable as it creates a good base.

But if a student does not have a commerce background they mostly face difficulty in subjects such as Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, some may even face difficulty in Economics and other Finance subjects.

1. Maybe the accounting concepts are difficult to understand, the balance sheet won't tally, longer time of understanding will be required for aspects of corporate finance.
2. Although despite of the fact that students face difficulty, if one takes extra care regarding these subjects, study daily etc they surely can overcome all the difficulties.
