What are rules and regulations , dress codes and few hostel hacks at sastra ?

Hello,

Firstly i want to tell some hostel hacks for you,

Warm water(from dispenser)+salt(from mess)+your stained cloth =stainless cloth.

soak for 20 min you will see the result.

In hostel if you feel the hostel walls are not pleasant then it is not illegal ,you can paint on the walls.

Electric Kettle: it is not allowed but if your smart enough you can use it without getting caught by warden.

Ant acid tablets saridon and paracetamols : There are several times you get sick in hostel and rush to hospital.But what they give you in fever?A paracetamol!!! so, why do not  you keep it with you?

Similarly ant acids and saridon are useful too.

Spoons are no available in the hostel so you want to take it from your home.

Hall tickets laminated ,because the semester exam generally occurs during rainy seasons and you don't want to tear  your hall ticket by getting it damp in rain.

Take table fan during summer.

Rules and regulations :

For girls there are some rules like,they should enter into the hostel by 6.00pm.They are allowed to go for outing only if their parents accompany them.Only 2 permissions are allowed for leaving home (this rule is for both boys and girls). Chewing Gums are not allowed to the campus.

Dress code :

T-shirts(sleeved or sleeve less) shorts 3/4 pants are strictly not allowed within the campus.

Girls: you are advised to wear only churidhar while in campus T-shirts,shorts 3/4 pants,jeans,legging,skirts are strictly not allowed within the campus.
