Hi there hope you are doing really well. Some other best colleges other than IIT and NIT are IIIT, GFTI, IIEST , BITS pilani, VIT Vellore , Thapar university , Jadavpur university and many more. some odisa private colleges and some are government so you must first focus to get admission in the government colleges as they are cheap and very effective and can give you good placement and if you are economically strong then you can get admission in the private colleges as they give competition to many IIT and NIT also.
