To get into any of the MBA colleges, appearing for entrance exam is necessary. This basically tests the candidates aptitude test to get into the admission selection process. Some of the entrance exams to target for 2019 could be XAT, CAT, CMAT, IIFT to get into good average decent colleges.   

Some of the average decent colleges you can target in Kolkata region for IT specialization are as follows-

a) Pioneer college of management (PCM), Kolkata

b) IMS Business School (IMS), Kolkata

c) JIS University, Kolkata

Hardly you will find colleges in Kolkata providing direct admission for MBA.However there may be colleges where admission is provided without CAT,XAT,GMAT,etc.Many private institutes have conduct their own entrance exams.Colleges also provide admission by management quota.The main focus is given on group discussion and personal interview rounds.Institute level seats also provide admission for MBA in many colleges.
