Is ragging still done in delhi colleges??

There are some measures taken by Delhi University colleges to stop ragging, like Ramjas Colleges asks prospective students and their parents to submit anti ragging affidavit. Also these are campaigns in universities to stop ragging, you can directly complain to the authorities if someone tries to bully you.
