Not all states allow non-domicile students to apply for counselling for its private medical colleges. Some of the states which do allow are as follows -
Kerala - Non-domicile students can get admission to private management quota seats. You have to apply through the site of Commissioner of Entrance Examination. The first phase of applications have been already closed. The dates for fresh registration is yet to be announced. Karnataka - Non domicile students are eligible for admission to open private quota and management quota medical and dental seats.
