Medicine is a great career and the need for doctors is increasing day by day. The major advantage of this profession is that a doctor is considered next to God and what will be more great than saving someone's life. This job has security and also income is pretty good. Some of the disadvantages are time commitment. As a doctor is not doing any 9 to 5 job, so he or she needs to be there all the time or can be called at night during midnight also. It also takes a lt of time to become a doctor. This profession is very much rewarding but stressful too. But at the end of the day saving someone's life is reason enough to choose this career.

And coming to disadvantages they are

Medical courses are comparatively lengthly and expensive study course

Difficult training with slave like duties and uncertain future for aspirong doctors at time of training , difficult to start career, the fear and anxiety about the actual treatment , blamed for all malaise , risk to doctor himself , physical assault
