Yeah you can get seats through your category rank . Category rank is prepared for the people who hold reservation for their caste. Different states have different categories rank and every category have different ranks too. Categories rank cutt off are less than the general rank holder. Reservation in all india quota for different categories are given below

SC-15%

ST-7.5%

pwd- 5%

usually cutt off goes low for this categories. You can use your caste certificate for claiming a category seat.
