Hello,

You can opt for courses that will add value to and are accepted in the industry. After diploma in electrical engineering you can get a job directly if you are looking for one but the chances are that they won't pay high salary. You can go for an engineering degree that will make you a graduate in engineering field rather than just a diploma degree holder. A few certificate courses that you can opt for are:
- VLSI systems
- Robotics and Intelligent systems
- CCNA
- Embedded systems
- Power electronics
- Hardware engineering
- Signal processing
- PLC
- SCADA
- Real time operating systems and so on..

You may opt for courses that you are interested in.

Hope this helps, Good luck.

One good option is to pursue an engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics. You can also get direct entry into the second year of engineering in BE.You can also take short term courses or specialization courses like SCADA, PLCs ,VLSI design, embedded system or instrumentation etc.. as per the current industry requirements and demands.
