I feel the you haven't given enough details on which post you want to join as in ISRO, however, the age limit is 35 years ( as of 2020 ) and 40 years for the SC category. Besides, the candidate must need to fulfill the adjoining criteria of having the necessary degrees like B.E /B.Tech or an equivalent. There are around 28 posts available in ISRO. You can definitely join ISRO in 22 after completing your degree. Candidates with the age limit between 18-30 years old are eligible for ISRO 2020.

For that you must have the following eligibility.

You must have qualified B.E/B. Tech or equivalent qualifying degree in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA of 6.84 on a scale of 10.
