what are the arts college in Chennai which allow casuals and no restrictions for hair

In most of colleges in Chennai dress code is mandatory. Casuals are not allowed. But in Loyola college generally smart casuals / casuals is dressing norm there, but it is not prescribed code. You should be fine wearing what you want . 90% students are boys.
A majority of upper middle class and that reflects in your dressing styles too. This College also hosts a lot of film personalities children. List is lengthy. The upper middle class population fills the college too.
