what are the available options other than studying for PG after completion of MBBS ?

Naresh, now MBBS doctors also started working in IT firms for Health Care Projects. This is one interesting field that you can opt for. Then you can always try your hand at Pharmaceutical or Diagnostic or Medical Devices as a Medical Liaison officer. Organisations like WHO and UNICEF regularly post opportunities and you can apply for these opportunities as well. You can try for opportunities in Medical Writing.

But if you want to study further you can study MBA. That is one specialisation most doctors opt for. Then you always have research based specialisations like Clinical Research, Microbiology, ETC. Now there is a new programme that has come up which is called PGDMLE which stands for Post Graduation Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics.
