1. use of jargons - it occurs when we use any unfamiliar terms or complicated term of which receiver usually not aware

2. lack of attention - when you are not hearing or paying attention to what sender saying

3. perception differences - normally people do no exhibit same point of view which lead to be a barrier to communication

4. language  differences - it may to lead to understand what sender is saying

To overcome the barrier you should follow what mentioned below

2. use simple language
