Before the selection of any college one must go through the following details:
- Course structure: The student must follow up the course structure that is going to be offered by the college and should evaluate how much of industrial related subjects are offered in the course. The more the number is , the more will be the student beneficiated.
- Faculty: A student must go through the faculty list of the college and the department faculty list and must try to evaluate how good they are and how much exposure they have.
- Placements and college ranking: College ranking by NAAC matters as it ascertain the infrastructural scenario of the colleges. Placements are important because after investment of lot of money and time , what outcome you may get really matters.
- Alumni: Having alumni placed in good sectors or jobs surely increases industrial exposure for the colleges. So a college with well placed alumni is always industrially preferable.
So this are some of the points one must take care of before joining any college.
