The basic documents required for admission to the courses at NITTE are class 10th mark sheet (original + 3 attested copies), class 12th mark sheet (original +3 attested copies), diploma marks card for diploma course, registration certificate of the pharmacy council, transfer certificate from the institution last attended (original + 3 attested copies), conduct certificate from the institution last attended (original), , migration certificate from the Board of the institution last attended, physical fitness certificate, blood group certificate, aadhar card and recent colour photo.
