Dear Aditya,

JEE and NEET both are entrance exams. JEE is for engineering whereas NEET is for medical.  There are two exams in JEE, JEE Main and JEE Advanced. If you pass jee main then only you are allowed to give jee advance exam. In jee main is for admission in NIT,IIT,CFTI. JEE advance is for admission in elite IITs. Through NEET exam you get medical colleges except AIIMS as it holds there own exam.

Dear Aditya,
Both are very different from each other. One will help you in becoming an engineer whereas the other one will help in becoming a doctor. The choice depends on you. It depends on which profession you want to own.
