There is no update for nios student for neet 2018. My suggestion is jst to wait for any declaration.

And for aiims you must go through ncert books thoroughly. They will build your concept clearly. And moreover question comes mostly based on ncert books. Besides you may follow

For general knowledge you should stay updated. For this you must follow newspaper daily.

There is no update for NIOS student so I would suggest you to wait till any information comes out for NEET 2018.
