To score good marks in AIIMS exam,your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly after that you can opt any reference book for solving MCQ'S like for physics you can opt dc Pandey, universal publication, MTG,Allen module,for chemistry you can opt Dinesh objective,MTG, ABC publication,op Tandon while for biology you can opt trueman of biology,MTG, NCERT exemplar,Allen module.Try not to opt too many books as it will only confuse you so make sure you opt any one book and try to solve it multiple times I hope this information helps you.
