Firstly I would suggest you to go through well with NCERT books then you can prefer the other books.

Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations by R.C. Mukherjee

Organic Chemistry by O P Tandon

Concept of Physical Chemistry by P Bahadur

Concise Inorganic Chemistry by J D Lee

Here is list of books you can refer :

Organic Chemistry by morrison boyd and by op tandon

Inorganic chemistry by op tandon

Modern chemistry by r c mukherjee

Numerical chemistry by P bhadur

I would recommen not to refer many books at a time.Better concentrate on book which you are comfortable in terms of language.

Go through the following chapters carefully as they are good scoring

Chemistry :-

Organic Chemistry- Do it thoroughly from NCERT. Each and every reaction in JEE Mains is directly asked from NCERT textbooks.

P-block elements- Most important topic in inorganic chemistry. NCERT is more than sufficient.

Physical Chemistry- Focus on Chemical and Ionic Equilibrium, Chemical Kinetics and Solid states.

Coordination Chemistry- Quite important and interesting according to me.
