Lets start with my favorite subject. If studied properly it will become your favorite too. Now you may ask , But Pranav, what is the proper way to study physics ?. Well, thats what Im here for

Concepts of Physics by HC Verma - Hands down the best book you can buy. It contains unparalleled theory along with the perfect set of questions to test your fundamentals. It contains objective theory based questions that will take your understanding to a whole new level. The exercises are in my opinion a must do.

Understanding Physics by DC Pandey - This book has all its chapters bifurcated as - for JEE Main and for JEE Advanced (in the older editions) or Level 1 and Level 2 (in newer editions). You just need to solve the questions in for JEE Advanced/Level 2 (depending on which edition you own) to familiarize yourself with questions of different patterns.

Problems in General Physics IE Irodov - Over the years this book has gained a reputation of being one of the toughest books out there. But you must give it a go if you find yourself confident in a particular chapter. Believe me, you wont regret it.

Chemistry :-

Physical Chemistry - For basic concepts you must read NCERT and solve all the questions given in it. Then move to Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations by RC Mukherjee. Do all the solved examples. For further practice you can consider Problems in Physical Chemistry by N Avasthi. It contains three levels of questions. Level 1 contains questions pertaining to JEE Main. Level 2 contains Single Correct questions for JEE Advanced, Level 3 contains questions of various other patterns to acquaint you with the possible patterns that you may encounter in the exam.

Organic Chemistry - As usual, start with NCERT. Then move to Organic Chemistry by Paula Y. Bruice. This is the best book out there (in my opinion) for developing a solid understanding of the subject. For questions, nothing comes close to previous years questions(previous 40 years). You may also try Advanced Problems in Organic Chemistry by MS Chouhan (but keep in mind that that the level of the book is way above that of JEE).

Inorganic Chemistry - It wouldnt be fair for someone like me to be advising others on how one should go about preparing inorganic chemistry considering the fact that I didnt prepare it myself. However what I can do is let you know what my friends did (who honestly prepared inorganic). Learn everything given in NCERT. For more theory and questions, refer the study material of a reputed coaching institute.

Mathematics :-

NCERT books - These books are in my opinion a must solve.

Mathematics for JEE Advanced by G. Tewani - These are a series of 5 books. I have just one word to describe them. Flawless. You must solve these books 23 times. Just solving them once wont do any good.
