• Botany - Deals with plants and their related processes. Job scopes includes teacher/professor, horticulturist, landscape industry as an environment consultant, etc. Some colleges which provide this course are Delhi University, Christ University, St. Xavier's College, etc.
• Zoology - Deals with animals and their processes. Some colleges which provide this course are Delhi University etc.
• Genetics - Deals with the study of genes and their related functions. Job scopes include DNA analyst in forensic department, immunologist, etc. Some colleges which provide this course are Osmania University etc.
• Biotechnology - Deals with utilising microorganisms into Technology to provide better facilities like cleaner fuel, improving crop yield, developing medicines, etc. Some colleges which provide this course are Christ University, Loyola College etc.
