Dear aspirant, foreign placement for engineering are not as high... So to build a career in a foreign country with a engineering degree the best branch would be Computer science as software engineers have a greater chance of being called to work in main offices abroad. Another way would be to focus on research pertaining to your branch. A research career after b.tech has a higher chance of awarding a chance to go abroad as most reputed research institutes are outside India.
