First of all choose BA for your optional papers in IAS mains examination as it will help you in building your base.

The question is vast in nature however every state in india caters IAS Coaching institute which are working round the clock for the benefit of the candidates who are aspiring to clear the exam and become the top class officer. There cannot be any hard and fast rule as regards who is the best and whose not but every institute has its own pros and cons. what is required by a candidate to do before selecting the institute which is best for his/her needs is to check which institute has mostly pros and less cons.

Well if you have 98.2% then should go for delhi university. If your aim is UPSC then you should opt for Political science or english or economics or history for upsc.

And for coaching you can take it online also there are many coaching centres which give demo classes so according to your cobcconveni you can opt for them
