Hello dear aspirant
For B.sc physical science, your aggregate percentage of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is considered, your PCM marks will be taken into account for your admission.
If you were a bio student in class 12th, you can opt for B.Sc Life science where Marks of PCB is considered.
Hope I am clear

Hi,
For Delhi University usually if you are science student they consider physics, chemistry, maths and if you are medical student they consider physics, chemistry, biology. I am assuming you are a science student and hence your physics, chemistry, maths along with any language will be required for admission.
All the best
